The designs visualized with 3D Software are sent to the Model Shop to be converted into perfect sitting models.
The fit of a good design is as important as its appearance. We transform the striking designs of our talented designers into models that perfectly fit the body of the targeted customer profile.
Whether you bring a drawing on paper or a ready-made dress… All work that reaches us is digitized for work. The pattern of the design is prepared according to the desired sizes, taking into account the target market and the materials to be used, and high-precision criticisms are made by dressing it on the virtual model determined by the customer. A sample of the product is sewn, of which all possible session errors are eliminated in digital environment. The mold series, model card and production recipe of the product, which is finalized with the evaluations made with the customer, are prepared and sent to Planning.
Planning
On time delivery is one of the most important commitments of our institution. Planning ensures that orders are delivered at the promised time.
Thanks to our technological infrastructure and industry experience, we work in harmony with our supply chain, material warehouse and production workshops.
The lean and flexible production system we have developed plays a key role in the timely delivery of orders. We constantly monitor our production capacity and stock level and optimize them according to needs.
With the power of planning, after the approval of the Order Contract, the production and material supply schedule is created.
Continuity in production, efficiency in energy. This motto constitutes the philosophy of our lean and flexible production system that we have developed.
No matter how good a design looks, if you do not comply with the recipe prepared by Modelhane, ignore customer standards or apply a high standard production methodology, all this planned work and effort will go to waste. We manufacture by taking these sensitivities into account. The finished products are sent to the Finishing Unit, where retouching, ironing, labeling and packaging processes are carried out.
The entire production process is monitored by Quality Control, and corrective actions are initiated, which is the key to continuous improvement, thanks to regularly generated reports.
